That's how many cameras the upcoming Maimang 6 sports, as revealed by TENAA yesterday. The device we mistook for the Mate 10 is in fact the newest member of the Maimang series for China. These handsets are sold in other countries as the G line, with the Maimang 5 being rebranded to Huawei G9 Plus last year. So it stands to reason that the Maimang 6 would be called Huawei G10 outside of China (and that name neatly aligns, number-wise, with the P10 and Mate 10 to suggest it's from the company's 2017 roster).
