Deal: 128GB Google Pixel 2 XL down to $900

There’s a face we didn’t expect to see this Black Friday – the  Google Pixel 2 XL . The phone is so hard to find that eBay units usually cost more than the original asking price rather than being offered at a discount. And yet here we have a deal that lets you have the 128GB Pixel 2 XL for $899.99 with sales tax charged only to those living in Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey and Texas. Even if you do live in one of those four states, however, you will be saving $50 compared to what you’d need to pay if you ordered from the Google Store. Just as with Google though, you only get the Just Black version of the phone with the Black and White one unavailable. The seller also offers international shipping, but transport and import costs will probably make it all too expensive to be worth it. Anyway, if you feel like treating yourself to Google’s latest and greatest follow  this link to check out the deal .

Samsung Galaxy S9 rumoured to sport a screen-to-body ratio of 89-90 percent by getting rid of the bottom bezel

The upcoming Galaxy S9 has been involved in a number of rumours and  speculations  in the past few weeks. Now a tipster has revealed that the bezels on the Galaxy S9 would be even less than that on the S8, effectively giving the phone an 89-90 percent screen to body ratio. According to a  report  by  Sammobile , the tipster claims that the bottom bezel present in the Galaxy S8 would be completely removed in Galaxy S9. Xiaomi's  Mi Mix 2  smartphone did the same thing bit in the opposite direction, meaning they removed the top bezel of the phone keeping a tiny amount of bezel in the bottom which housed the front camera. The top bezel of the Galaxy S9 is expected to be even narrower than the bottom bezel of the S8 according to the report. The side bezels would most probably remain unaffected as the curved display already makes them appear non-existent. A report by  GSMArena  claims that the Apple's latest flagship iPhone X has a screen-to-body ratio of  upto 81.49 pe

Motorola Moto X4 in for review

The X series used to be Motorola's flagship line but they had to step down wen the Z series came to be in  2016 . The last Moto X, the  X Force , came and went in 2015, so we were really excited when we heard that Motorola was bringing the X line back in 2017. The subsequent  Moto X4  has no flagship chipset nor flagship screen. But if you look past what the Moto X4 isn't, you'll see just how great it is. The first thing you notice when you take the Moto X4 out of its retail box is just how beautiful it is. Its shiny glass reflects the light in different ways depending on angle so you're never sure if the phone is grey or blue. The metal frame is reassuringly solid and lightly brushed. The buttons are very sturdy and ciomfortable. The screen on the front doesn't have the trendy 18:9 aspect, but it's a great 1080p IPS LCD. It's not too big, nor too small at 5.2-inches and it makes room for an LED flash above and a snappy fingerprint reader below.
