New Nokia Leak Reveals A Powerful Surprise Following on from the official announcement last month , the current flagship of the revived Nokia Mobile range appears to be bound for the United States. HMD Global, the Finnish start-up behind the revival has updated the listing of the Nokia 8 that is held with the FCC ( reports GSM Arena ). Two variants of the base model (TA-1004 and TA-1012) have been tweaked to include software support for WCDMA Band IV. That suggests compatibility with the Sprint and Verizon networks is being addressed. The other major change is an increase in memory and storage options, with both 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage options added to the listing. The currently available models in Europe come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage (as well as microSD card support for increased storage).
